Important: All dental consumables sold on helmutzepf.in are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
We deal in dental consumables — sterile, single-use, and professionally regulated products. Due to the nature of these products, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances, whether the product is opened or unopened.
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all products including Gutta Percha Points, Paper Points, Dental Burs, Scaling Tips, and Rotary Files.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure you have selected the correct product, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, or the shipment arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will review the case and respond accordingly. This is the only exception where we may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution.
